Domestic Shipping (United States)

Processing Time

All Keeper books are printed to order in small batches to ensure premium quality. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 3-5 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after production (available at checkout)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after production (available at checkout)

Total delivery time = Production (5-7 days) + Shipping time

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping on all domestic orders
  • Expedited and Express shipping rates calculated at checkout

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. International orders require:

  • Production time: 5-7 business days
  • Shipping time: 7-14 business days (varies by destination)
  • Customs fees: Customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.


Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed before 11:59 PM EST will begin production the next business day
  • Weekend orders begin production the following Monday
  • Holiday delays may extend processing times (we'll notify you if this occurs)

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for expedited/express shipping)
  • APO/FPO addresses (standard shipping available)

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact us within 7 days at keeperbooks@hotmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Damaged Packages: If your book arrives damaged, please email us photos within 7 days of delivery to keeperbooks@hotmail.com. We'll send a replacement at no charge.


Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us immediately at keeperbooks@hotmail.com. We can modify your address if your order hasn't entered production yet. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
